What are my USA shipping options?
There are a three shipping options for US orders. Please add an additional 1 day to transit times so we can process your order.

*Any changes to the shipping address after the package has shipped will incur a $10 charge. This is simply the fee from the shipping company to change the information.
Regular Shipping
No matter how many items you order, Oya Costumes offers flat rate shipping. This applies to regular ground shipping and excludes delivery to U.S. territories, Alaska, Hawaii or Military address. Surcharges for bulky or oversized items may apply.
A few things to note
- Delivery, shipping and processing are available on business days only
- Ground service delivery dates are not guaranteed
- We can’t ship to a P.O. Box or Highway Contract Box (HC Box)
Express and Next Day Delivery
We offer Express and Next Day Delivery to almost all locations. Rural areas may require additional delivery time. Surcharges for bulky or oversized items may apply. We do not offer Express and Next Day Delivery to U.S. territories, Alaska, Hawaii, Military addresses or P.O. Box locations.

- Delivery, shipping and processing on business days only
- Rate based on standard package, up to 1kg
- Bulkier and heavier packages may incur additional charges
- Orders must be received before 10:00am EST, to be processed and shipped the same day
SHIPPING - EUROPE
Please note that we are unable to predict which shipment may impose import duties, customs, taxes, brokerage fees or any other supplemental charges. Customers are responsible to consult their country's duties, import and customs fees that may apply. Under no circumstances will we refund these fees.
Euro Payment: We accept valid PayPal, Visa or MasterCard payments. You can select the Euro flag to browse our website and see our prices in the equivalent Euros, but you complete your order you will be charged in Canadian $. Your credit card will automatically make the exchange and convert the transaction in Euros or your local currency. To calculate your cost in Euro or other local currency, you can consult for example www.xe.com/ucc.
