Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Montreal, Canada. The day your order is received & the day your order is shipped does not count as a transit day. Delivery, shipping and processing are on business days only (Monday - Friday). Certain conditions apply.

A representative will contact you. * Time sensitive cut-off; Outside September-October period, we may be able to accommodate a later cut-off if you need it in a rush; you will need to contact customer service and speak with a representative to confirm. (Leaving a voice message or sending an email will not guarantee it will processed early). Warehouse pick up can be accommodated for same day pickup. During September-October, orders are processed continuously in the sequence received and the warehouse is not able to accommodate a special request on ground shipments.
