That’s right! And when you shop with Oya Costumes, your order will ship from the same warehouse, none of that multi-supplier or multi-location shipping. So you don't have to worry that you will get an accessory in time but not the costume!
What are my shipping options?
Your shipping options and delivery time estimate for each option is shown directly in your shopping cart. Delivery, shipping and processing are on business days (Monday - Friday 9 am- 5 pm).
Most customers will get the following shipping options:

If You are in Remote Locations or Northern and Air Stage, based on your postal code, you may see these options. Northern and Air Stage includes YT, NT & NU as well as other locations. Remote Locations are based on Canada Post Guides and may include towns far from the shipper hub or served infrequently.

Free Shipping
We offer Free Shipping on orders $69.95 & over (before taxes and after any discounts or promotions) for delivery to most locations in Canada.
- Free Shipping option will automatically appear in your cart as a shipping option if your order qualifies
- Not available for Northern and Air Stage, and remote locations as defined by Canada Post system (towns far from shipper hub or served infrequently)
- Bulky items will incur additional fees of $10.00 per item. Bulky items are indicated on the item product with a Red Truck Icon the product page
Standard Shipping
Oya Costumes offers flat rate standard shipping to most Canadian addresses.
- Standard shipping delivery dates are not guaranteed
- Not available for delivery to Northern and Air Stage locations
- Bulky items will incur additional fees of $10.00 per item. Bulky items are indicated on the item product with a Red Truck Icon on the product page. If the order is above 69.95, you may qualify for free shipping, but there will be a surcharge of $10.00 for each bulky item ordered.
Express Delivery
We offer Express delivery to most Canadian locations with transit time of generally 2 business days. If your order qualifies, it will automatically appear in your cart as a shipping option with an estimated delivery date. Express orders received before 12:00pm EST will be processed and shipped the same day.
- Express delivery times are guaranteed except for unusual weather or circumstances
- Bulky items can not be shipped with Express and you will not get this shipping option if your cart includes a bulky item. You may remove the bulky item to get this Express shipping option
- Some items will incur a surcharge on Express shipping. These items are marked on the website with a Yellow Truck Icon on the product page
Rush Delivery
We offer Rush delivery to most Canadian locations. Rush orders received before 12:00pm EST will be processed and shipped the same day. If your order qualifies, this shipping option will automatically appear in your cart with an estimated delivery date.
- Rush delivery times are guaranteed except for unusual weather or circumstances
- Bulky items can not be shipped with Rush and you will not get this shipping option if your cart includes a bulky item. You may remove the bulky item to get this Rush shipping option
- Some items will incur a surcharge on Express shipping. These items are marked on the website with a Yellow Truck Icon on the product page
Xpresspost
For rural areas, we offer Express service through Canada Post Xpresspost which we have found the most reliable for these locations. If your order qualifies, it will automatically appear in your cart as a shipping option with an estimated delivery date. Xpresspost orders received before 12:00pm EST will be processed and shipped the same day.
- Express delivery times are guaranteed except for very unusual weather or circumstances (e.g. snow storm, flood etc..)
- Bulky items can not be shipped with Xpresspost and you will not get this shipping option if your cart includes a bulky item. You may remove the bulky item to get this Xpresspost shipping option
- Some items will incur a surcharge on Xpresspost shipping. These items are marked on the website with a Yellow Truck Icon on the product page
Northern and Remote Communities
We offer Canada Post service for Northern and Remote Communities which we have found the most reliable for these locations. If your order qualifies, it will automatically appear in your cart as a shipping option with an estimated delivery date.
- Bulky items can not be shipped with this method and you will not get this shipping option if your cart includes a bulky item. You may remove the bulky item to get this shipping option
- Some items will incur a surcharge on Xpresspost shipping. These items are marked on the website with a Yellow Truck Icon on the product page
Warehouse Pickup
If you live in the Montreal area, you can pick up your order directly at our warehouse in the afternoon on the following business day. Please be sure to have an ID and your credit card when you pick up your order. For warehouse address, opening hours and pick up instructions, please click here.
Our building's main door is locked after 5:00 pm and on weekends. Please call us at 514-564-2626 or use the intercom when you’re at the door and we’ll let you in.
