Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Montreal, Canada. The day your order is received & the day your order is shipped does not count as a transit day. Delivery, shipping and processing are on business days only (Monday - Friday). Certain conditions apply.

Delays in processing may occur if the billing address is incorrect (it does not match the credit card statement address) or the shipping address differs from the billing address. A representative will contact you. * Time sensitive cut-off; Outside September-October period, we may be able to accommodate a later cut-off if you need it in a rush; you will need to contact customer service and speak with a representative to confirm. (Leaving a voice message or sending an email will not guarantee it will processed early). Warehouse pick up can be accommodated for same day pickup. During September-October, orders are processed continuously in the sequence received and the warehouse is not able to accommodate a special request on ground shipments.
