We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase, so we will gladly accept exchanges or returns on any items within 10 days of delivery, subject to the following terms.
If you need to return an item or items AND want to re-order the same item or items in a different size, we will share the reshipment charge on the replacement order so you will pay $4.50 instead of $9.95 on the Ground Shipment for the re-order. Simply place an online order for the replacement item(s) to ensure the availability of the items so we can send it to you right away. After you have placed the order, email us at email@example.com with your sales order number and we will deduct $4.50 from your shipment charge. If you decide to use a different shipping method, we will still deduct $4.50 from the reshipment charge. After placing your re-order, you can proceed with your return as outlined below.
Alternatively you could ship the item(s) back with instructions for the exchange. A payment of $4.50 for the reshipment will be charged on your credit card or requested on PayPal. However in the month of October, due to the large number of transactions, we are unable to process returns. Furthermore the availability of items changes quickly so there is a risk that the item will become out of stock. For that reason, we strongly recommend that you use the first method, particularly in the month of October.
We will refund merchandise in resalable condition with a copy of your original sales order made within 10 days of delivery. Secure the items in the original packaging we sent you or your own packaging, and ship it with the courier of your choice at your cost to the following address:

IMPORTANT RETURN INFORMATION
• Any item that has been worn, used, altered, with missing pieces, or without the original package will not be refunded. So please make sure you include all the pieces of the costume and the original package.
• We will refund the cost of the items using the original payment method. We do not refund initial shipping charges.
• For hygienic reason, we also cannot accept exchange or returns on makeup, masks, hats, undergarments, stocking, mascot, pet costumes, wigs and beards.
• We will charge 15% handling charge if more than 3 items are returned.
• We process returns within 10 days of their receipt. Due to the large number of transactions in Halloween, all returns in October are processed in the first 10 days of November.
• During the Halloween season, we do not accept returns postmarked on or after October 25th.
• For Warehosue Pick up, the 10 days period commences from the day the order is ready for pick up.
Exchange of Damaged Items
If you believe that you have received an item that is faulty or damaged, email us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org providing us with a description of the problem and a picture of the defect product. Please do not ship it back to us. We will we contact you and provide you with instruction. We will honour our exchange program on damaged items, pick up at our cost and replace the damaged item for an identical design and size with the same shipping method as the original order.
